As an Indian Chef, you will prepare and serve a range of Indian menu items that meet customer's expectations, while supervising juinor members of the kitchen brigade. You will provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Chef de Parties, Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
