Required Officer Communication Coordinator - Al Sayer Group

Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Diploma in Computer Science (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years) or equivalent with one year experience.
• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.
• Attend to telephones and route to the appropriate staff members in communication section, receive and distribute messages.
• Track and monitor incoming requests through the system and route to concerned staff.
• Fax, scan and photocopy documents.
• File documents and maintain confidentiality of documents, retrieve documents and reference materials as and when requested
• Co-ordinate project-based work with vendors and staff.
• Prepare the construction and IT-related drawings & modify the drawing based on the requirements from the end users.
• Create Drawings using different software based on the new requirement from end users and submit to Manager for review and approval.
• Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations and documents and submit to Manager for review and approval.
• Co-ordinate and organize appointments, events and meetings for communication section and follow up on arrangements.
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings to all attendees for information.
• Assist in event planning for communication section and follow up on implementation.
• Review operating practices and assist to implement improvements where necessary
• Receive requests remotely as Door Access, CCTV, etc, route to appropriate section and follow up on closing of requests after completion of work.
• Follow up with vendor for communication related requests
