Required Receptionist - Kharafi National

To edit, receive and distribute memos and receive calls and visitors according to Company policies and procedures.

• Customers and Contact relationships
• Translation English/Arabic
• Customer Service
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Time Management
• 3 to 5 Years of Work Experience in the field of Customer Service & Secretarial Work
• Knowledge of Company Employees Procedures and Policies

JOB OBJECTIVES
1. To receive visitors and employees at designated reception points and guide them to the correct department.
2. To receive and transfer incoming telephone calls and redirect calls to other Company offices and affiliates.
3. To receive and distribute memos including the receipt of couriered items.
