Required Assistant Manager - Gulf Bank


To successfully manage designated client portfolios ensuring maximum client satisfaction, thereby ensure achievement of department’s sales target as per the set goals for quarter/year.
   
Education / Qualifications:
        Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Banking
   
Knowledge:
        Excellent  understanding of Corporate Banking, Portfolio management, Risk analysis and market trends
   
Experience:
        3 – 4 years of experience as a Banking professional
   
Generic & Specific Skills:
        Exceptional Communication
        Persuasive Business Writing
        Conceptual & Analytical Thinking
        Risk assessment
        Bilingual in Arabic & English
        Proficient in IT (MS Office )

Accountabilities:
   
Prospective Clients:
        Identify, promote and develop deposit sales opportunities.
        Act on and close referrals generated internally and externally.
        Identify and develop new client deposit relationships.
   
Products and Services:
        Support the development and execution of liability products and services roadmap.
        Design deliver product solutions (like hosting, workflow integration, analytics).
        Enhance GB's distinct competency in the marketplace.
        Cross sell products and services.
        Develop marketing and promotional materials
   
Client Relationships:
        Maintain on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior liability product knowledge.
        Convey information from/to corporate banking and treasury.
        Maintain a tracking system of all assigned customer.
        Manage account retention, depositary relationships and prospects within an assigned market segment.
   
Account Profitability Analysis:
        Track and analyse client liabilities.
        Monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
