As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure. Under the guidance and direction of the Guest Relations Supervisor you will be knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as: Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty programs. You will ensure Priority Club members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP's receive special recognition and service as well as inspect VIP rooms prior to arrival. Hotel discounts worldwide are available as well as access to a wide variety of discount schemes and the chance to work with a great team of people.
