This position holder will be responsible for gathering and evaluating clinical data from the medical records; analyzing data for patterns and trends in care delivery; discovering the root causes for specific patient care trends to promote good quality practices and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Knowledge of all facets of hospital medical records system, processes, documentation standards.
Knowledge of relevant medical coding systems.
Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in Nursing
