Financial Analyst - Kipco Group

Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field.
Researches and provides financial and business related analysis to assess the impact of various day to day business requirements, projects, and actual reporting of budgets and tasks.
Monitors operating expense activities for all groups to determine funding requirements through Expenditure Proposal (EP) and report actual expenditure against those budgets.

1. Conducts analysis and research on financials and performance of business units and provides performance and highlights to the findings.
2. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends for business units in finance, general business conditions, and other business related areas.
3. Prepares detail of work plan and schedule for assigned tasks, completes detailed analysis and research, identifies options, prepares reports, and recommends appropriate action or change.
4. Provides assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets. Reviews departmental actuals versus budget. Issues monthly variance statement and analysis.
5. Assists in the development of business policies and performance measures.
6. Conducts special financial and business related studies as and when requested.
7. Conducts stringent monitoring of operating expenses analysis and extensively deals with various departments.
8. Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
9. Provides technical guidance and/or assists in the training of other clerks with less experience.
10. Participates in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and to assume seamless quality service.
11. Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department.
12. Performs other duties in line with scope of work as instructed by direct manager.
