Senior Brand / Sales Manager - Lexus - Al Sayer Group

Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Bachelor degree (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
Alternate: Diploma in Automobile/Electrical/ Mechanical (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years Diploma) or equivalent and 12 years of managerial experience
• Linguistic Abilities: English is a must and Arabic is preferred.

A Senior Brand and Sales Manager at Lexus manages a team of sales professionals in order to promote product sales, achieve sales targets, turnover, profit and market share growth and customer satisfaction index.
The Manager also plans, develops, and implements brand strategies and marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates and supervisors:

• Identify and assign performance targets in terms of sales unit, customer satisfaction index (CSI) based on stock movement, sales history and forecasts, sales budgets, product mix, and the needs of the business.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of incentive schemes in order to boost sales, increase profits and push slow moving items.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, such as product launch events, promotions, advertising campaigns, to help develop sales and market share.
• Ensure the product development and promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.
• Recommend the ordering schedule for different models and their variants after consultation with key sales staff, and considering such factors as sales forecasts, stock levels, product movement history, and the needs of the business.
• Monitor certified cars reconditioning to maximize value, stock levels, and alignment of pricing with the market.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in line with Group policy and Legal compliance.
• Monitor used car pricing in the market and propose in conjunction with the Certified Manager price re-alignment.
• Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
• Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer base and generate business.
• Monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements, competition, customer feedback, report to management and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
• Review market research to anticipate competition, monitor competitor’s activities and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions.
• Coordinate with marketing team on market requirements and product features.
• Communicate brand strategies to product marketing, marketing communications, sales, and other departments.
