Senior Officer / Marketing - Call Center - Al Sayer Group

Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Diploma in Advertising/Media/Marketing with 2 years of experience.
Alternate: Pre-Degree/ High School and 6 years of experience
• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic.

A senior Marketing Officer supports the CRM Specialist in the execution of all CRM marketing related activities.

• Participate with the CRM Specialist in the implementation of marketing campaigns following the completion of a full customer segmentation analysis.
• Develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing customers.
• Liaise and network with a range of outside agencies to organize marketing activities and attend meetings whenever necessary.
• Coordinate with the Production Agency on the production of marketing materials including cards, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc…
• Collect and ensure updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Supervise events planning, organization and execution such as conferences, receptions, dinners, raffle draws, and exhibitions of marketing campaigns ensuring compliance to the set budgets.
• Secure sponsorships and discounts for events, draws, discount vouchers etc ...
• Maintain and update the website (The Club) with relevant material.
• Coordinate with the printing press and delivery staff for printing and delivering the bi-annual magazine.
• Monitor the welcome kit activity and ensure sending out welcome kits to all customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and outside Vendors for procurement of gift items.
• Maintain the store and track the gift items for give aways during events or campaigns.
• Coordinate with the courier company to dispatch welcome kits, give aways, gift items etc.
• Coordinate with the relevant Ministries to secure approval for conducting promotional activities.
• Ensure updating the website related to the Analytics activity on a regular basis.
• Maintain relevant statistics and information related to the overall activities such as campaigns and events and prepare necessary reports to submit to Manager, CRM.
