Consumer Usage / Stimulation Team Leader - Zain Telecom

The Consumer Usage and Stimulation TL would report to the Consumer manager.  The TL would primary be responsible for supervising all designed BTL, inbound and outbound programs, CPs and initiatives produced by the Usage and stimulation team members. To work in close coordination with outbound and inbound CC, CMS and IT teams to implement the agreed roadmap.  Frequently analyze the effectiveness of each BTL and outbound campaign and take the corrective actions accordingly.  In addition to analyzing the consumer base behavior with respect to (ARPU, churm, usage, historical trends) and presenting the results on a monthly basis by identifying new opportunities to simulate the base and avoid canabalization.

The Position:
    Plan and Designs Consumer stimulation programs that covers micro segmentation within the consumer base specially in the prepaid market as part of the quarterly and monthly roadmap of the team to help achieve the target revenues or percentage uptake
    ensure alignment with overall company strategy and targets
    Premier studies and analyses data to asses specific requirements related to increasing consumer revenues by stimulation, upselling, crosselling and securing the base via lock-in campaigns.
    Oversees and conducts regular post launch analysis of all indicatives related to stimulation, outbound upselling and cross selling activities /campaigns launched by the Usage and Stimulation team; taking immediate corrective action to ensure best position in alignment with the company strategy and objectives.
    Ensures that the Usage and Stimulation team daily tracks all incentives / campaigns within their task list/roadmap covering (uptake, opt-in, channel and stocks), raising flags if any.  
    Coordinate with various stakeholder within Marketing (consumer acquisition team, CMS and pricing unit) in addition to BI, IT to develop the offering and business cases.  In addition to IT, CC, Sales and Procurement to ensure that the operation value chain is working smoothly and effectively.
    Continuous revamp of the solution bucket with respect to BTL offerings related but not limited to (discounts, recharge, validity, upselling cross selling, and FYI campaigns).  This is reflected in CPs that is design by the Usage and stimulation team ensuring that all BTLs and initiatives are developed tested and ready to be launched according to the defined milestone of the division
    Continuous upgrade and outlook for new systems, solution and automation to reach the overall objectives and targets, by automating the processes within the organization. Ensuring the the reporting is set according to the commercial/marketing needs
    Ensure that the Usage and Stimulation team provides SPS Sales and CC with the training material to build the training course that will be provided to Zain staff
    Works closely with the operational arm (CMS within the consumer team) sets quarterly milestones on system development, reporting, data mart and expanding the system capabilities to help Zain better achieve its Targets
    Approves and help in designing the outbound targets forecasted for the next 6 months to help CC and HR plan resources accordingly to reach the set targets that are linked to approved campaigns (via CPs written by Telemarketing team members).  Oversees the monthly target sent to CC outbound team on a monthly basis.
    Weekly meeting with Outbound and inbound managers in CC to better understand their needs get feedback on our campaign/product ran via telemarketing channels. Marketing to communicate and concerns, market positioning, or feedback on recorded calls , agree on the corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
    Weekly meeting with Procurement to ensure proper allocation of stocks and plan any allocation for upcoming shipment.  This is necessary to get everyone onboard and avoid any hiccup in operations that will lead in missing the monthly targets set by Marketing Consumer manager.
    Monitor competition offerings (directly through their Branches or in directly through their dealers/partners) with respect to acquisition campaigns, bundles, and processes
    Ensure team development, monitor training requirements, while providing periodic reviews and systemized feedback that is documented on a monthly or quietly basis
    Carrying out to achieve independent targets and deliver quality process for implementation of such initiatives.  Wide ability to sustain performance under pressure of timelines and multi tasking skills in the overall interest of the business
    Adhering to timelines and annual commitment to projects undertaken with an open approach to ad-hoc projects that reflect the dynamic nature of the industry and the local Market

The Requirements:
    7 to 10 years Relevant Experience
    Bachelor Degree- Marketing / Science / Engineering / MIS / Finance / Accounting
