Overview and Assisting the Operations & Business Performance Director in monthly business performance review, OpCo's budget review and validation Financial modelling, Business Case Approvals, Benchmarking and recommendation to Top Management support.

The Responsibilities:
    Financial Analysis of Monthly,Quarterly and Yearly Business performance of various operations and highlighting the management the Impact through various Key Performance Indicators.
    Finalisation of Annual Budget from the Group for various operations to be in line with the company objective for the year ahead.
    Finalisation of reforecast from the Group for various operations to be in line with the company objective for the year ahead.
    Monthly tracking of the Operations performance against the Annual Budget and highlighting to the management the key variances and the recommended plan of action.
    Monthly collation and compilation of Bi-weekly Forecast at group level for various operations and highlighting the management on the key performance indicators of the financial parameters for the month.
    Complete review of the operations Financial statements P&L or Income statement and Balance sheet and preparation of Cash flow statement, Working capital analysis and highlighting the Group management on key observations and business indicators.
    Monthly release of Balanced Score card for all the operations highlighting the Scores/Ranks basis their Forecasting efficiency vis a vis Actuals for the month.
    Benchmarking of the Key performance indicators across Operations of Zain
    Assisting in evaluation of Business case approval from the Group level for various Operations.
    Operations visit on a time to time basis and to resolve any long pending issues with the Operations by taking up the reconciliation, rolling out or standardisation of process.
    Co-Ordinate with the Operations from time to time to get any clarifications on the business performance to be passed on to the Group Management.

The Requirements:
    B.Com.; ACA.; (ACS); CIB(IRDA©);IFRS©
    Financial Analysis of Income statement and Balance sheet,Financial Review and in depth understanding of various Key Business Performance Financial and NoN-Financial indicators of Telecommunication Business.
    Experience in Microsoft Office, Oracle,Hyperion
    Excellent use of Microsoft Office
