-Diploma in Civil /Architecture Engineering.
-Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction field with at least 10 years in Grade one contractor in Kuwait at large scale project.
- Previous approval from MPW.
-On-site field experience.
- Strong supervisory and construction site management skills.
- Full aware of HSE in construction filed.
- Communication: Written and verbal communication skills.
Monitor skilled and non-skilled labor to ensure that the work is getting done efficiently and within quality standards. Arrange and facilitate the site. Control all material and equipment. Follow up with the site engineer on the daily work program. Maintain the site clean and safe. Arrange the entire worker requirement on time. Capable of evaluate the technical staff and labor.
