A proven senior management professional with strong property and leasing experience in Kuwait.
At least 5 year’s hands on experience in property and leasing market in Kuwait.
Experience and exposure to Middle East, specifically , real estate market a plus.
Be able to create budgets, track financials, and communicate updates.
Computer literacy is highly required including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, should be tech savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Protect, maintain, and enhance the value of commercial real estate assets in order to maximize the owner's financial return.
2. Manage and maintain the property, ensure quality service is provided to the tenants.
3. Manage leasing activity along with occupancy and make recommendations for specials, Promotions and/or advertising that may be needed to generate leasing activity and increase occupancy.
4. Monitor contracts closely for compliance and cost control.
5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all property management documents (Bylaws and Declarations, Rules and Regulations, certificates of insurance, vendor contracts) and operate the properties in accordance with these documents.
6. Review leases for compliance, notification updates, renewals, statements and insurance compliance.
7. Experience in budget preparation and variance reporting
8. Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties assigned.
9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned that include assistance with general property management issues and policies including small administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
10. Handle emergency issues after hours associated with properties or as needed.
