Executive Assistant - City Group Co

Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Years of Experience - Min: 2 Max: 7

1. Responsible for overall administrative support and coordination for CFO and Finance Department.
2. Able to carry on business correspondences and compile reports on behalf of CFO.
3. Prepare executive meeting summaries, preparing relevant documents and business presentation.
4. Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
5. Review and handle appropriately all mail, pursuing administrative action as needed.
6. Working knowledge of financial reporting procedures and financial terminology desired.

Skills
• An analytical aptitude.
• Advanced level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with thorough knowledge in excel formula/ graphs.
• Ability to make reports/ presentations independently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Good Knowledge of business processes.
• Candidates with experience in financial services/ institutions shall be preferred.
