5-10 years of experience as Senior Sales engineer in the Middle East.
    At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and Sales.
    Experience in functional management of teams.
    International experience and collaboration in international teams.

responsibilities?
    Determining and ensuring the quality of market data and trends
    Maintaining the sales database up to date
    Communicating market demands for the product portfolio team in Head Quarters
    Drawing up marketing concepts, business plans and strategies
    Market launch of the product portfolio
    Prepare customer acquisition and presentations. Contribute to the Industry order intake and gross profit targets
    Attend monthly meetings to coordinate business opportunities and order winning strategies
    Ensure to abide with the QA procedures, statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements
    Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines
    Always work and act as team player and constant sense of mutual support
