Executive Corporate Social Responsibility - Al Sayer Group

Qualifications:
• Primary: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, or Communication. (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) or equivalent
• Alternate: Diploma in Administration (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years Diploma) or equivalent and 2 years of additional managerial experience.
• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic are must.

1. Participate in designing and updating CSR related policies and procedures and guidelines.
2. Participate in conducting the required training and workshops for the designated Al-Sayer Group’s departments on CSR policies, guidelines, and best practices.
3. Check global best practices, including international organizations and committees, in the CSR field and analyze the applicability to Al-Sayer Group.
4. Coordinate with the designated parties, internally and/or externally, to execute the approved CSR activities/initiatives.
5. Assist departments in analyzing their processes to identify the possible points of development from CSR perspective.
6. Follow up with departments in executing CSR policies and guidelines.
7. Coordinate with departments to ensure collecting any result or feedbacks from executing CSR initiative(s).
8. Maintain a record for all the CSR unit activities and initiatives, as per the Global Reporting Initiative criteria.
