A high profile retail organisation, head quartered in Kuwait, is currently recruiting a number of operational HR generalists to support continued regional and international growth.
Working as part of a large and diverse HR function, you will be aligned to a brand or business division. You will manage generalist HR activities for both store and head office based positions. Due to the complexity and pace of growth, you must have previous retail or service sector organisation, preferably in an international setting.
Experience of managing large, diverse clients groups based in multiple locations is crucial.
You do not need previous regional experience, but a cultural awareness of the middle east is important.
Please note that these roles have a high operational content. Experience of managing or mentoring junior HR employees is highly advantageous.
