A high profile retail organisation, head quartered in Kuwait, is currently recruiting a number of operational recruiters and operational recruitment managers to support continued regional and international growth.
Working as part of a large and diverse HR function, you will be aligned to a brand or business division. You will be responsible for volume recruitment campaigns for both store and head office based positions.
Due to the complexity and pace of growth, you must have previous retail or high volume service sector recruitment experience. Good knowledge of managing assessment centers, volume advertising campaigns, social media and ERP systems is required.
You do not need regional experience, however an interest and cultural awareness of the middle east is very important.
Please note these roles have a strong operational content.You must have experience working in an international environment.
