- Source vendors from the local market, negotiate contracts, and ensure prompt delivery
- Ensure information on internal systems is accurate & make recommendations for corrections.
- Act as the key point of contact for maintaining the master line list and pricing/barcode queries.
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers to source new products at the most competitive prices
- Ensure the establishments at the park are well stocked with supplies from KidZania’s international stores and maintain master lists
- Plan & receive shipments status reports, advice of shipment sizes & stock allocations. Advise on & control stock allocation.
- Assist in pricing strategy, ensuring logic, commerciality & within Brand targets for margin
- Maintain and update accordingly all cost, retail prices, barcodes, descriptions and supplier details.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of category performance.Produce & analyze reports to determine sales/margin/profit and consumption information with recommendations where appropriate
- English speaking essential.
- Secondary education.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in retail business.Very good PC skills including working knowledge of MS-Excel
