The position heads the conceptualization, delivery and implementation of the approved item displays and themes in the store/showroom, in an innovative and attractive manner. It must be able to initiate strategies, make presentations based on the purchasing trends of the customers and keeping track of them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with the Store Management Team in increasing customer traffic count through maintaining attractive and timely display of products and merchandise as per approved Department Budget
- Manage the creation, execution and operational development of displays, various point of purchase material (POPs), and channel incentives, etc.
- Leads the team of visual merchandisers in frequently changing displays in accordance with the season, market trends and festivities
- Manage the master timelines of merchandising activities and maintain effective communication of project's status to both internal and external sources
- Ensures the proper lighting of all store signboards, proper positioning of POPs, and all other printed communication materials supporting the store/showroom displays (featured merchandise, newly-arrived items, etc.)
- Works with the Marketing & PR Teamand recommends ideas in branding store/showroom promotion and events, implementing display strategies for increasing sales of the store/showroom
- Ensures VM Team's proper communication and compliance with regards to respective brand guidelines and strategies
- Coordinates with the Store Technician/Maintenance Team for proper and safe implementation of display designs
- Keeps track of customer purchasing trends and planning presentations accordingly
- Keeps the VM Team updated of customer feedback from the CS Team regarding store sales trend and customer response on displayed merchandise or showcased items
- Recommends VM Team's areas of training needs and ensures that these are addressed through training and development
- Monitors team performance and identifies potential employees to be put under development programs
- Supports management decisions, requirements, expectations
- Commits to follow and observe all policies, rules and regulations
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager/s
- Min. 2 years of retail store/showroom VM management experience;
- Competitive knowledge of local purchasing habits and trends;
- Ability to use best practiced project tools & standards such as AutoCAD, etc;
- Knowledge and successful experience in project management and store planning

AB or BS Degree preferably in Design, Architecture, Marketing, Retail Mgt.
