Skills
* Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents of the HOD/Manager
* Receive, direct and relay messages to and from the HOD/Manager
* Prepare reports and power point presentations for the HOD/Manager
* Maintain the general filing system and files all correspondence in appropriate folders or in designated locations.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of internal and external meetings/ video conferences/ conferences etc
* Review, proofread and edit documents prepared for the HOD’s/Manager’s signature
