Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs the activities of the telemarketing/sales department to provide timely sales efforts to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assists in assigning duties and examines work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Ensures inquiry qualifications are completed timely, accurately, and professionally.
• Assists in establishing sales goals and monitors progress towards goals.
• Provides on-going training of sales representatives.
• Assists in evaluating performance, makes salary recommendations, and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
• Ensures individual productivity and sales results are recorded daily.
• Monitors results of sales plans and takes immediate corrective action when results fall short of sales goals.
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
• Ensures effective work environment and resolves grievances.
• Adjusts errors and complaints.
• Performs or assists subordinates in performing duties.
Skills
• Experience 3 - 5 years
• Have experience in the Kuwait market
• Excellent command in both languages (Arabic and English)
• All Arab nationalities
• Gender - Male
• Age - Not more the 35 years
• Transferable residence
• Does not smoke
• Should have a good character and no illegal backgrounds
