Required Contract Admin Assistant - IMCO Engineering in Kuwait

. Assist to review contract documents, terms and conditions, preparation of request for contract deliverables viz . Insurances / project securities / bonds / guarantees/ and subsequent amendments.
. Assist for preparation of Reports / service orders/ subcontracts / contractual correspondence / inter office memo for contract deliverables and amendments required.
. Maintain / update Track Contract records/ Registers/ Document Control / Filing Systems and monitor expiry of insurances / bonds.
. Checking and preparation projects invoices and subcontractor payment requests.
