We are currently looking for Ladies Lounge Manager who can join us immediately and assist us in achieving our mission to become “The Market Leader” as the most luxurious hotel in Kuwait with colleagues who consistently provide exceptional and personalized levels of service to our guests. The Ladies Lounge Manager oversees the entire operation of the Ladies Pool and Ladies Lounge Snack Bar
Functions:
• Recruiting, training and supervising of colleagues in the Ladies Lounge Section
• Managing budgets and enhancing profitability of the Ladies Lounge Section
• Organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs for ladies
• Promoting and marketing the business through membership programs and ladies events promotions
• Dealing with guests enquiries, complaints and emergencies
• Managing facilities (ladies pools and ladies lounge bar)
• Establishing and maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards
• Perform other assigned duties that contribute to the Company's mission and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Hotels and Restaurant Management, Recreation Administration or any other related field
• Experience in Recreation Area and Food and Beverage Outlet Management
• 1-3 years experience in the same post in a 5 Star Hotel
• Athletic, Physically Fit and Knowledge of Fitness Programs
• With excellent business management and sales & marketing skills
• With excellent leadership and employee development skills
• With excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet Research)
