An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Telco firm in this region. You will provide leadership and guidance to the Retail Shops Managers in order to achieve Wataniya Telecom’s goals incorporating superior customer service, business development, operational efficiency and profitability.
The Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operation of a Wataniya Telecom Retail Store to provide a highly quality service experience to customers and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Lead and coach the Retail Store staff to ensure they provide a positive retail experience to customers, and to help them achieve sales targets and objectives.
Sell Wataniya Telecom products and services and take the opportunity to up-sell, where possible to meet sales targets and objectives.
Co-ordinate with Sales Promotions for the planning and execution of product launches, special offers and announcements so that Retail Store staff are prepared to handle enquiries.
Maintain high level of inventory and cash controls and prepares daily reconciliation reports for management review and approval.
Monitor overall performance of the Retail Store against agreed sales targets and service standards.
The Requirements:
2 + years management experience.
Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/ customers.
Strong leadership and staff coaching skills.
Strong relationship management experience.
Effective verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
