Responsibilities
Shop keeping and store standards
Maximize and contribute to store sales by delivering an exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Ensure that all products are price-tagged, bar-coded and displayed according to standard layout norms.
Ensure proper stock rotation on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts per store requirements.
Make sure that all stock administration (stock count, inter branch transfer, dispatch and delivery) is correctly categorized and recorded in the system on time.
Always be aware and vigilant of security in the store.
Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming etiquette in the store at all times.
Attend to customer inquiries with accurate and current product information.
Assist in increasing the customer database by adding new customers to the mailing list.
Understand the returns policy and ensure its effective implementation.
Help the store merchandiser and/or store manager in product placement and arrangement.
Dress up mannequins and attend to other visual merchandising requirements
Qualification
12th / Higher Secondary / A Level
Skills
Knowledge of retail processes and industry
Sales, communication and interpersonal skills
Planning and organization skills
Customer service-oriented, proactive, flexible self-starter with a knack for learning
English/local language speaking skills
