Achieve sales target and GP budget, pricing goals in Kuwait. Responsibility in accordance with sales plans in order to achieve long term growth. Direct commercial, sales, technical support activities and GFR consistently with overall sales strategy. The primary focus of sales manager is to develop sales and manage the sales staff to achieve the planned targets and goals of sales. Sales Manager is responsible to maintain the highest levels of customer service satisfaction and protecting the image of the company.
REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES
• Contribute to the formulation of the Strategic Development Plan, Business Plan and GP budget Plan
• Deliver sales and pricing as defined in the budget for Kuwait
• Implement the product and market segment strategy, defining the specific objectives and targets for Kuwait
• Negotiate trading terms with customers which meet volume and pricing goals;
• Keep abreast of market and trade conditions and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements.
• Ensure that technical teams and other parties involved on the client contract understand fully the product development requirements of the customer
• Deal with major complaints, complex claims and other problems.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction level (quality, technical and delivery time) in his area
• Lay down and manage a decisive and efficient sales and distribution organisation, and appoint, manage and develop a well-motivated and efficiently staffed organization
