The role of the
Applications Systems Supervisor is to provide Techno-functional support and
manage Oracle
Financials daily operations.
Skills & Experience:
Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering/ MBA/ CA
4+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Techno Functional) – AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and PM.
Good technical skill in PL/SQL, Oracle Report, Oracle discoverer and XML reporting is a must.
Fair exposure in functional areas will be an added advantage.
R12 experience preferred.
Experience in managing small team is preferred.
Able to work under pressure, with the ability to multi task
Good communication skills in English, written and spoken is a must
Strong client relation skills/ User management is a must
Should be willing to travel or relocate if business required.
Responsibilities:
Handles daily functional and technical support requests related toOracle financials to ensure optimum operational efficiency.
Handles business needs of medium complexity end-to-end, from preparing initial business requirement document to implementing on time.
Determines technical support resources needed to handle enhancements and assist in planning the resources.
Preparing Technical documents, Test cases, Test scripts and User Manuals.
Monitors effectiveness of IT security procedures on an ongoing basis.
Advises and trains Users to prevent repeated problems
