region. You will drive and manage the data business growth, revenue
and provide excellent customer experience for data & device
propositions. You will also drive and manage device portfolio business
in the most efficient way, as a primary attraction tool for the
customers in Kuwait.
Requirements:
At least 12 years direct experience in Data Business Management and Device Business Management
Have worked within a major Telco Company in Europe, USA, GCC
A structured and strategic mindset.
Demonstrated acumen in understanding the industry and its trends
Effective verbal/written communication in English.
Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
Responsibilities:
Define, propose and manage Data Business Strategy for the Commercial Division Management.
Be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Data Business for Wataniya
Develop data propositions and manage the data portfolio for Consumer & Corporate Segments and Loyalty & Retention programs.
Define and deliver marketing actions/projects to achieve yearly revenue and customer targets.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing Teams to ensure that customer needs and profitability targets are reflected in propositions.
Continuously be in-tune with customer wants and wishes, changes in the competition and the market dynamics.
Collaborate with Technology continuously to propose ways for better data network cost optimization
Establish regular performance reporting on proposition and campaign monitoring.
Prepare documentation to conduct presentations to all concerned teams and the Management.
Provide full business insight and outputs for yearly, quarterly, monthly budgetary activities on the data business.
Define, propose and manage the device portfolio to be offered to the customers.
Proactively propose solutions to achieve that Wataniya is the most reliable source of information for telco devices and co-implement them with Sales.
Establish strong business relationships with Device Manufacturers to obtain the best prices, to closely follow up their road maps
Work very closely with Sales and Products teams to achieve that the Device Portfolio is best represented at the channels and used/bundled to support strongly Wataniya’s core products/services.
Prepare documentation to conduct presentations to all concerned teams.
Work closely with BI and Finance to monitor the changes in the base. Analyse the data and drive actions on devices.
