Required Shop / Store Managers - Al-Ostoura International Co

- A University graduate with 4-5 years experience preferably in retail shop management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Arabic language and excellent command in English is a must
- Managing the sales team, and ensuring to achieve the sales targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining customer relationships
- Achieving sales targets through selling and up selling
- Coordinating with back office, logistics and merchandising team regarding new launches
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in terms of display and stock rotation
- Ability to manage, train and coach own team members while promoting high working standards
-Responsible for implementation of Company policies and procedures.
