1. Professor : 17 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs. 10000/-
2. Associate Professor : 26 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9000/-
3. Assistant Professor : 53 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 AGP Rs.6000/-

Application Fee : Application Fee: Rs.600/- for General/OBC applicants and Rs.300/- for SC/ST applicants through Demand Draft in favour of "National Institute of Technology Patna" payable at Patna.
