- Monitor and analyse market trends locally and globally in the food industry
- Study competitors' products and services
- Explore ways of improving existing products and services
- Developing strategies to communicate new ideas and initiatives
- Prepare and manage creative marketing calendars that include digital promotions
- Prepare and mange marketing budgets including media plan
- Manage the production of promotional material with purchasing & other departments
- Liaise with other internal departments such as finance, purchasing, IT, Innovation Design & Development, and external departments such as factory, warehouse, and operations.
- Manage the content of websites, facebook profiles/pages, twitter accounts, and on-line ordering
- Produce & analyse reports to monitor results including product mixes, promotions, dayparts, and delivery sales along with Operations.
- Present research, results and suggestions to senior managers
- Travel to trade shows and conferences
- Participate in public relations events
- Have a clear understanding on branding and how to best communicate and advertise the brand through print and digital platforms.
- Technologically savvy and up to date on the latest on-line promotions and trends
- Regularly visit restaurants and check on the marketing promo execution.
- Play a key role in menu launch
- Monitor the media booking plan and ensure delivery of Ads.
