• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales in related field.
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Full ability to read, write, and interpret reports, together with other documents and proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Thorough knowledge of Office Furniture & functioning
• Thorough knowledge of relevant market
• Total Quality Management Process & Procedures
• Able to handle and deliver a complete office furniture &/or Interior package
• Ability to accommodate to the needs and requirements of corporate accounts.
• Develops the business strategy as provided by General Manager and ME.
• Maintains annual sales growth and finds ways of exceeding minimum sales growth.
• Accountable for the division budget and implementation of ALL sales targets.
• Ensures debts and payments are honored/collected
• Monitors and follows-up with progress of employees' achievements against agreed targets; leads sales reviews
• Provides leadership, guidance and support to ensure achieving sales targets:
• Resolves issues and removes obstacles as they arise internally/externally to ensure completion and exceeding of sales targets.
• Participates in sales negotiations as required (i.e. strategic or high value projects)
• Identifies/records and resolves problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
