Required Technical Support Engineer - M.H. Alshaya

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for providing first line support to retail stores.

You will:
    Provide first line of support to the retail stores, for all IT related issues
    Installation / maintenance / trouble shooting for the Linux Servers, Linux POS , Desktops, and printers in the stores.
    Conduct routine monitoring maintenance and backups for the store server databases
    Make regular store visits to perform regular maintenance checks
    Be prepared to work a shift pattern

Qualifications & Requirements:
    At least 2 years experience in IT support field.
    Experience on Linux (Redhat / Fedora / Centos) & Windows XP/2000/2003 (installation & troubleshooting)
    RHCE certification will be a added advantage
    Basic knowledge of MySql & scripting.
    Good experience in computer hardware / printers.
