Designation: Technical Support Officer TSO/ Sr. TSO/Customer support
Key Accountability:
- Troubleshooting operational issues in Customer computer systems
- Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup / DSL customers only).
- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.
- Pickup and Drop by AC cabs
- Biannual Appraisal
- Growth Opportunities within HCL BSERV and other divisions of HCL through IJP
- Overtime allowance.
- Process allowance over and above the CTC
Education:
- Graduate/Under Graduate, Drop Out (Any stream)
- Experience 0 to 5 years
- An understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
- Basic computer and desktop knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good Troubleshooting skills
- Flexible to work in night shifts: 24*7*5 days working.
