Responsible for execution the promotion program, and to produce
collateral material, and manage the development of creative and
innovative communication packages that deliver the business objectives
of the Bank and promote the brand image of the Bank .
Education / Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing / Advertising/Media Management
Knowledge:
Knowledge of advertising and should have a creative bent of mind with attention to detail.
Experience:
3 – 5 years relevant experience on client side – ideally in a consumer driven FSI company and / or FMCG; proven track record of successful brand launches
Accountabilities::
Advertising Strategy:
Develop effective communication packages across the line and in conformance with the Bank’s overall strategy to ensure key business deliverables in a timely manner.
Ensure the promotions marketing programs, roll-out and timely delivery of assigned Marketing campaigns from initiation to launch.
Advertising programs:
Execute assigned Marketing communication campaigns to match Marketing / Consumer Banking and Bank wide initiatives and brand strategies.
Work in coordination with ‘campaign owners’ and AGM – Marcoms on allocation of budget and effectively manage budget versus spend to achieve the desired business impact.
Utilize the Marketing Cycle Planning calendar to plan workflow and campaign rollouts.
Coordinating in production and monitoring the correct and organized execution of various marketing action and procedures
Developing and coming up with principle related to marketing promotions program.
Keeping track of the success and efficiency of on going marketing strategies and making the required changes for better efficiency and also receiving review on these strategies.
Excellent knowledge of marketing concept
Strong display abilities and capability to preform under stress and fulfill deadlines.
Good content capability as a copywriter and capability to get into the details of any promotion
Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed.
Strong interaction and culture skills, self-motivated , assured , dynamic and creative skills
