- Comptia A+, Network+, MCP. CCNA, Cisco wireless, Avaya\Nortel\Cisco certificates and PMP

The candidate will be responsible to
1. Fix, install, implement, configure, operate, repair, update, and troubleshoot:
• Different Telephone systems (IP, Analog and Unified Communication)
• Contact Center Software and Voice Recording Systems
• Uninterruptable Power Supply and Power Generators.
• Security Systems, Door Access Systems, and Finger-Scan machines
• Different types of Networking Infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wireless, routers, Switches, Cable types, Fiber, DSL/ADSL…etc)
• Navigation Systems
• Video and Voice Conference
• Uninterruptable Power Supply
• Communication Devices and its related parts, e.g. phone sets, faxes, and cameras, etc.
2. Know the difference of features, roles, and installation processes between different Telephone Operators.
3. Install links, soft wares, and applications, to operate, and to fix trouble shoots of Smart phones.
4. Assist in the assessment and preparation of facilities for installing telecommunication devices at the user site, along with installing the required hardware.
5. Help other IT staff, whenever required, in solving technical issues.
6. Monitor, evaluate and troubleshoot telecommunication systems through the designated systems, coordinate with technicians, and follow up with training and new technologies with engineers
7. Reports any telecommunication challenges, difficulties, and problems to the direct responsible manager.
8. Guide technicians in how to troubleshoot and resolve communication problems.
9. Participate in the IT communication projects and plans, as per the assignments.
10. Implement and execute the assigned company projects (renovation, new building and shifting to another location) as per the instructions, policies, and procedures.
11. Conduct preventive maintenance for IT communication equipment’s and rooms.
12. Monitor and detect troubleshoots of different networks connectivity using a specific software to identify the source of trouble and solve it.
13. Provide latest communication/Network technology news by constant search, continuation of education and research, and share technology updates to add knowledge to the team.
