Qualifications
· Masters in Business Management or Logistics Management related field.
· 15 years of US Army Logistics Leadership and Program Management Experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
· Current and/or previous experience working on the APS-5 contract.
· Must have ability to obtain and maintain: US Secret Security Clearance.
· Must have ability to obtain and maintain: Valid Kuwait Visa and Kuwait Drivers License.
· Green or Black Belt / Lean Expert Certified.
· Able to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day.
· Able to carry 50 pounds, wear body armor, helmet, and chemical protective mask in extreme heat conditions.
The successful APS-5 Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will report to the HTSI APS-5 Program Manager. The DPM will provide logistics synchronization leadership for the Logistics Management Operations Center (LMOC) and Maintenance, Supply, Transportation, Retrograde, and Unit Equipment Set Issue program functions. The DPM will be held accountable for successful program performance outcome results for APS / TSS / ITM / Retrograde / Set Issue.
· Build strong customer and stakeholder professional relationships.
· Plan and direct the military Deliberate Decision Making Process (DDMP) with key stakeholders to produce feasible plans and orders for execution.
· Daily Battle tracking, reporting, and monitoring of FRAGO tasks, execution of operations and CDRL requirements to keep Program and Customer informed.
· Develop and communicate status of operations, CDRLs, and schedule performance on a controlled access Share Point site with customer and key stakeholders.
· Lead Program Management continuous process improvement initiatives linked to business requirements.
· Identify problem areas, conduct causative research, and implement corrective actions.
· Identify contract scope and baseline change requests for submission to the Program Manager and Contract Baseline Change Review Board.
· Implement foundational Honeywell Operation System (HOS) Lean Sig Sigma and employee engagement culture.
· Set conditions and attain 97% Operational Readiness Rate for APS/TSS.
· Set conditions and attain 98% First Time Pass Yield rate.
· Set conditions and ensure on time delivery of inventory schedule, PMCS schedule, Annual Service Schedule, Retrograde Schedule, Maintenance Production Schedule, and other key service performance schedules to standard.
· Sustain an AWRDS / LMP 98% Reconciliation rate, reduce failed IDOCs, & reduce open Documents over 30 days old.
· Earn 90% of Performance Fee on CPIF and FPIF CLINs.
· Achieve Honeywell HTSI AOP financial goals for APS-5 program each quarter.
