Responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns both
internal and external and play a key role in communicating the company’s
mission and vision to maximize brand promotion and to enhance public awareness of the firm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Copywriting PR and Marketing Skills
- Computer Usage – Basic design software programs
- Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Initiate design ideas and assist in developing marketing materials e.g. corporate brochure, articling brochure, personal and practice group profiles and etc.
2. Integrate marketing activities across service areas e.g. logo template for request for proposals, power point, etc.
3. Update and maintain the firm’s website, keep site content fresh in coordination with the IT Department.
4. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate with the existing customers e.g. Product update and promotions etc.
5. Monitor production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness.
6. Develop and implement the firm’s public relations program to include internal and external publications e.g. newsletter, client alerts, greeting cards, etc.
7. Develop and implement the firm’s advertising program; design and place advertisement; negotiate contracts with media when necessary, draft and work with design agencies on advertising campaign with management consent.
8. Evaluate and implement firm participation in sponsorship and community programs.
9. Ensure Company management guidelines and policies are followed.
10. To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
11. Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
12. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related result as needed.
13. Maintain marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
