• Design & evaluate training programs (for Language, Business, & Finance)
• Ensure program development is aligned with the needs assessment identified in the professional market survey and studies
• Design programs in collaboration with professional organization
• Coordinate with international suppliers and concerned department in GUST aiming at developing targeted programs Participate in defining approved standards for contracts with other institutions
• Develop / implement training programs for the University, for existing and new technology
• Develop programs for the University per specific requests (e.g. Excellence in Customer Service)
• Conduct Student evaluation for each course conducted
• Conduct organization evaluation for courses conducted in house to various groups
• Ensure that expertise requirements are met for conducting and designing efficient training programs for Ministries, Private Companies, and Community Groups
• Conduct market studies & analysis to explore successful programs
• Recommend strategic business development opportunities for all professional and continuing education programs at the local and national level
