A natural leader, you will champion your team to provide high levels of customer service and to increase sales, maximizing their potential through in-store training, motivation, coaching, development,performance management and appraisals. An experienced operator, you will be responsible for reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Able to steer through complex operational issues.
• Strong leadership skills.
• At least 3 years' retail store management experience at a senior level.
• English and Arabic language skills (essential).
• Commercial awareness.
