Educational Qualifications and Experience:
• Primary: Bachelor degree in Finance/Statistics or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
• Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic is an asset.
A Business Analyst analyses key performance drivers within the division to stimulate continuous business improvement by performing the following duties:
• Collect and collate appropriate data, analyze information using various statistical methods.
• Interpret the results in order to provide requested business projections and forecasts.
• Assure integrity of data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis.
• Upgrade database systems in order to meet the needs of the Business Unit.
• Develop programs and methodologies for analyzing and presentation of data.
• Maintain quality of data analysis and reports to ensure that it meets business requirements.
• Conduct Healthcare business surveys and statistical analysis as per GM instructions in order to determine the ideal strategic partners for Medical Division.
• Prepare short and long-term business objectives and plans set by GM.
• Establish risk assessment analysis of business tie-up and update the Management of potentially risky ventures.
• Compile terms and conditions of business alliance with selected healthcare providers.
• Establish time-bound targets of business and turnover to be achieved through such alliances.
• Monitor Business performance against plan and budget of different business lines and identify the issues emerging in the business activities and execution.
• Participate with the head of business Sections in the preparation of documents required, communicate with principals and stakeholders and lead the development of business cases, business plans, and action plans.
• Prepare periodic performance reports per business line and distribute it to the Sections.
• Develop, monitor, and update Company’s KPIs, performance metrics and gap analysis.
• Contribute to the identification and prioritization of potential Business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies on investment opportunities and strategic partnership.
• Maintains systematic records for all business partners, transfer of medical equipments as well as provided services from one facility to the other.
• Participate at the industry surveys and other professional networks to ensure continuous awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of the company business, high level of data integrity, quality and privacy.
