To define, create and implement strategies for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional development, leadership development,
talent planning and continuous learning across the Group. This position
will work closely with the executive team and HR across the group to
identify, develop and implement strategic organisational effectiveness initiatives designed to enhance employee performance, development and engagement.
The Position:
Provide overall strategic leadership focusing on global talent management for Zain’s global operations.
Specific accountabilities to lead the alignment of culture, talent and organizational design required to support Zain’s strategic goals. Create and implement a Talent Management program to support the development and full realization of people’s potential.
Develop human capital plans in partnership with business leadership, finance and recruiting to identify and plan for talent needs by organization and location and implement / measure those plans.
Lead the talent management / leadership development process and collaborate with Senior Leaders on accelerated development planning for identified successors.
Support an aggressive learning and development process and programs designed to build leadership talent at all levels of the organization.
The Person:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Organization Developmen
8 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 7 years in a senior management role responsible both strategic and tactical aspects of Human Resources
Experience in developing and / or managing Global HR policies and practices including ex-pat programs
Skilled communicator capable of working across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to operate within a high-growth environment and support strategic initiatives
Computer proficiency with major PC programs and HRIS systems
