• Delivery of new restaurants in accordance with the approved development plans of the business units within KFG.
• Managing internal and external processes contributing to successful design, delivery and ultimately handover to the Operations teams.
• Controlling project programs and budgets.
• Liaison with Leasing & Acquisition Manager and IDD team to provide technical support and expertise on a project to project basis.
• Management of handover process from IDD to Property ensuring the project design package meets the requirements as defined by the Property Manual.
• Provides assistance and professional input to the project tendering process to ensure best value.
• Management of appointed contractors.
• Production of progress reports and updates for business stakeholders.
• Verifying contractor and supplier certificates / invoices and managing project budget.
• Quality control.
• Ensuring store inventory is procured through liaison with Purchasing team.
• Managing equipment installation.
• Control of handover process to operator.
• Completion of snagging.
• Assisting and/or management of Statutory & Commercial licenses and approvals.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have high level of communication skills
- Middle Management in Planning, Organizing & Leadership
