A) Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
B) Experience: Four (4) years of experience in providing administrative support to HR services.
C) Language: Very good written and spoken English skills.
D) Computer Competency: Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Assists in the delivery of administrative and SAC HR services to employees based in all project locations. Serves as the initial point of contact for all HR-related concerns through responding to queries and guiding employees on HR business processes. Provides status reports on activities/events and assists in maintaining and updating databases. Coordinates with other HR employees to facilitate completion of tasks.
