Job Description
1. Prepare monthly financials for standalone, subsidiary companies and consolidated legal entity as per IFRS.
2. Prepare & present quarter/ year end financials along with audit schedules.
3. Analyze and prepare reconciliations between audited accounts and management accounts.
4. Verify and justify actual expenses and revenue v/s budget; forecast and analyze fluctuations every month.
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly rolling forecast of revenue and expenditures.
6. Assist and coordinate with Financial Institutions / Bank.
7. Prepare required reports for stock exchange

Skills
• Expert knowledge of finance and accounting best practices.
• Ability to manage Database.
• Excellent proficiency in MS office.
• Expert knowledge of business processes, revenue and cost components
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, cost, and financial analysis.
• Communication skills.
• Relationship building skills.
