University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Establish a pro-active customer focused approach to partnering relevant business function or brand
• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and external contacts to maximize the impact of initiatives on business.
• Anticipate future needs through effective analysis and problem solving, and developing a deep understanding of the commercial priorities of the business unit
• Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to business and people issues in partnership with operational leaders and managers, utilizing project management and change management “best practice” where relevant
• Consult with relevant internal departments to align delivery of solutions and remove barriers to integration and implementation
• Act as a ‘Role Model’ across the business by setting an example for leadership behaviours and championing company values.
• Coach business leaders and operational managers on “best practice” management skills and behaviours
