BA degree plus two years related experience. In lieu of degree, high school diploma plus six years related experience. Former Army Warrant Officer or Senior Army maintenance NCO QA/QC experience a plus.
Able to work in austere work environment for long hours in extreme heat.

Must have current seceret security clearance.
Must have current U.S.A. drivers licence.
Must have current passport with at least six months until expiration.
Quality Assurance Analysis must be knowledgeable in all levels of maintenance, both Field and Sustainment Maintenance. Responsible for semi-annually review and making recommendations for changes of the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for the Quality Assurance section. Person is familiar with the Quality Control activities and process (i.e; condition codes, equipment status, types of inspection, WO work order codes, load test, vehicle past percentages, Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), and Standard Army Maintenance System Installation Enhance System (SAMS IE ). Responsible for the preparation of a variety of correspondence IAW Army regulations; (i.e. Army Regulations (i.e. AR 750-1, AR 750-8 etc.), memorandums, forms, information papers, briefings, etc). Ensures documents are completed IAW regulations, staffed through appropriate channels and copies maintained in official files IAW Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). Maintains calendar, and schedules meetings, conferences, video telecomferences, etc. Coordinates travel effectively manages multiple task and tracks tasks, ensuring suspenses are met.; (i.e., training, incoming personnel packets). Records and monitor the QA Daily tracker, QA Parts Tracker, QA Service Tracker and TPER tracker, reporting findings to the section OIC and section NCOIC. Assist in monitoring and documenting controlled exhanges of repair parts, and parts request over the value of $5,000. Ensures sufficient office supplies are on hand to support mission requirements. Consolidates information and provides recommendations as required, for the Army Preposition Stock (APS-5) Theater Provided Equipment Repair ( TPER), Theater Sustainment Stock (TSS), Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT), Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT), Separate Reportable Unit (SRU) Fleet mission, Operational Needs statements (ONS) and the Responsible Drawdown. Develops and implements administrative and procedural processes to reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency in maintenance filing, reports and conducts analysis. Keeps QA section apprised of any potential conflicts, issues and concerns as it relates to the QA process. Analyzes data, organizes and presents information to include recommendations for mission timelines. Identifies problems and issues, establishes and develops lasting improvements and incorporates preventive measures of the QA section filings, responding, tracking and day to day business. Manage QA section training calendar, meetings, weekly off-post memos, slides, filing, copying and reports; completes assigned special projects, analyzes data, organizes and presents information in findings and makes recommendations to QA OIC/NCOIC; participates in review and process improvements of work methods and organizational structures, in order to facilitate efficiency; performs other duties as assigned.
