Our Burberry Private Clients team are recognised as leaders in delivering a consistent personalised multi-channel luxury service to our very important clients (VICs) worldwide.
This global team collaborates with all customer facing functions to create the most consistent and differentiated experience for all our customers. Through the development and implementation of key initiatives, we proactively engage with new clients, develop relationships with existing clients, increase loyalty and generate further revenue opportunities.
As Burberry Private Client Consultant, your key areas of responsibility will include -
•Working ‘by appointment’ to provide a luxury and personal service all VICs and VVICs (in-store or off-site)
• Proactively partner with Sales Associates, Store Managers and Burberry Private Clients Manager to build a client book and attract new VICs through local networking
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive and deliver sales and increase client retention
• Support and lead by example at in-store events
• Partner with Burberry Private Clients Manager to generate new business
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in selling to VVICs
• Luxury experience / background is preferable
• Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
• Existing client book preferable
• Relationship building & communication skills
• Knowledge of market and trends
