Job Summary:
Supervision of site works by coordinating contractors, maintaining cost & quality and keeping within the time framework for all projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Check and compare all contract drawings with shop drawings and specifications and BOQ and make sure they all comply.
• Prepare general specification for electrical works.
• Prepare general specification for Fire Alarm.
• Prepare check lists for electrical works and maintain in file.
• Make sure all as-built are on diskettes and on share folder.
• Maintain all approvals from government authorities in a single safe location.
• Prepare price list for regular project items.
• Daily follow up and visits for all on-going projects in all locations.
• Submit monthly report for all projects from electrical side.
• Maintain the project site clean at all times from inside and outside on a daily basis.
• Enforce safety rules (Agility guidelines) at all time and report non compliance from contractor(s).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering Field.
5-8 years of relevant experience.
Project management and decision making skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
